📋 Description

• • As a Senior People Operations and Programs Partner at Bubble Group, Inc., you will serve as the connective tissue between operational excellence and human-centered people programs, ensuring systems and initiatives work seamlessly to support employee experience at scale.
• • Day to day, you will own and improve People Operations systems including payroll, benefits administration, PEO management, and HRIS evaluation; design and deliver core people programs such as onboarding, engagement, manager development, and learning & development; lead automation and reporting initiatives; and act as a trusted advisor to managers and cross-functional partners.
• • The People team at Bubble is small, deeply embedded in company operations, and focused on getting the details right — from reliable payroll to meaningful onboarding — believing that employee experience is built in the consistency of everyday touchpoints.
