📋 Description

  • • As a Senior People Operations Coordinator at HubSpot, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering an exceptional employee experience for our global workforce. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of core People processes, providing timely and accurate support to employees, and upholding a high standard of operational excellence across all facets of People Operations.
  • • You will be the first point of contact for many employee inquiries, managing Tier 1 cases within our sophisticated case management system, ServiceNow. This involves not only resolving immediate employee needs but also effectively triaging complex issues to the appropriate specialized teams, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will be to meticulously manage shared inbox workflows. You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks, all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to delivering a superior employee experience.
  • • Precision and accuracy are paramount in processing Workday transactions. You will be responsible for ensuring that all employee records are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations, maintaining the integrity of our HRIS data.
  • • You will actively seek out and identify opportunities to enhance and automate People Operations processes. This includes streamlining reporting workflows and implementing efficiencies that contribute to a more agile and effective People function.
  • • Maintaining and regularly auditing employee records is a critical function of this role. This ensures not only regulatory compliance but also robust data integrity, safeguarding sensitive employee information.
  • • You will foster strong cross-functional partnerships with key teams such as Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits. This collaboration is essential for the seamless execution of various People initiatives and programs.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to support and optimize onboarding and broader employee lifecycle processes. Your efforts will contribute to a positive and engaging experience for employees from the moment they join HubSpot through their entire tenure with the company.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all People Operations functions operate with efficiency and a strong focus on employee satisfaction.
  • • You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the People Operations team, sharing insights and best practices to elevate the overall employee experience at HubSpot.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • • Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday.
  • • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • • Ability to work 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST.
