- • Lead the operational foundation of the People function at a pre-IPO startup with $240M in funding and 40X revenue growth over four years, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient HR operations as the company targets a $5B valuation.
- • Manage day-to-day People Operations including payroll, benefits, HR compliance, employment taxes, HR systems, immigration coordination, and global workforce operations, while overseeing a distributed team of two Philippines-based associates to maintain service delivery standards.
- • Partner with HRBP leadership to ensure systems and operations support employee experience, focusing on process excellence, automation, and AI-driven optimization to reduce manual work and scale HRIS integrity.
- • Drive operational rigor in onboarding, offboarding, payroll accuracy, benefits administration, EOR management, and compliance audits, positioning People Ops as a trusted, audit-ready, and scalable service function during rapid growth.
