- • As a Senior People Operations Manager at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will lead the operational foundation of the People function, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient HR systems during a critical growth phase toward a $5B valuation.
- • Day to day, you will manage a distributed offshore People Ops team, oversee end-to-end payroll and benefits, drive HRIS automation and data integrity, own compliance calendars, coordinate immigration and EOR workflows, and streamline onboarding/offboarding processes in partnership with HRBP, IT, and Legal.
- • Jerry Technologies Inc. is a pre-IPO startup backed by $240M in funding, with 40X revenue growth in four years, operating in a $2T market, and led by talent from Nvidia, Better, and McKinsey, offering a high-impact, talent-dense environment for career acceleration.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global HR operations, compliance, and HR technology, gain leadership experience managing offshore teams, and position yourself as a strategic operator capable of scaling People functions in high-growth, pre-IPO environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of progressive People Operations experience, including payroll, benefits, and compliance ownership at a fast-growing startup that scaled from 150 to 350 employees
- • Experience managing a distributed or offshore operations team is strongly preferred
- • Strong understanding of multi-state employment compliance and operational risk management
- • Experience partnering with external vendors (payroll, benefits, EOR, immigration counsel)
- • High attention to detail and strong judgment handling confidential employee data
- • Strong project management skills and ability to execute against deadlines
