- • Lead key People Operations transformation priorities across ANZ, including regional OKRs, service improvements, and operating model changes to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- • Build and embed People Insights and Workforce Insights capabilities that deliver timely, trusted, and actionable workforce data to People Partners and business leaders.
- • Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI and automation initiatives across People Operations and adjacent People & Talent workflows, with clear metrics for adoption, efficiency gains, and risk reduction.
- • Strengthen governance, controls, and data integrity across People Operations to ensure processes are accurate, auditable, and compliant in a regulated environment.
- • Support complex regional initiatives such as new market setup, payroll transitions, and mobility-related process design requiring cross-functional coordination with Payroll, TA, Rewards, and Shared Services.
- • Design and document scalable SOPs, control points, and playbooks to improve consistency within ANZ and enable reuse across global teams.
- • Translate complex workforce data into practical insights, clear recommendations, and measurable operational changes that drive decision-making at leadership levels.
- • Partner closely with People Partners, HR Business Units, and functional teams to align People Operations strategy with business growth and regulatory demands.
- • Drive systems thinking and structured execution to reduce manual effort, increase precision, and elevate the quality of People Operations outcomes.
- • Act as a specialist transformation lead, distinct from traditional People Ops delivery, focusing on the transformation layer: analytics, automation, governance, and process design—not BAU task execution.
- • Leverage AI-native approaches to solve problems faster, improve workflow efficiency, and enable smarter, data-driven people decisions across the ANZ region.
- • Ensure all People Operations initiatives are aligned with Airwallex’s operating principles, emphasizing founder-like energy, ownership, speed with rigor, and collaborative execution.
- • Maintain high standards of data integrity and documentation to support audit readiness and compliance in an increasingly regulated financial technology environment.
- • Collaborate with global People Operations teams to share best practices and scale successful ANZ initiatives where applicable.
- • Engage directly with senior leaders on strategic workforce planning, business alignment, and board-level people discussions as needed.
- • Continuously evaluate and refine People Operations tools, technologies, and workflows to stay ahead of industry standards and internal scaling needs.
