  • • As a Senior People Operations Specialist at Heidi Health, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our People Operations and Payroll functions within the Philippines. This is a critical role where you will own the end-to-end employee experience, ensuring our people processes, policies, and systems are robust, compliant, and capable of supporting Heidi's rapid growth.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for all core People Operations functions in the Philippines. This includes meticulously managing the entire employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding of new hires to efficient offboarding processes, and ensuring the utmost accuracy of employee data across the region. Your attention to detail will be paramount in maintaining the integrity of our people records.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to own and continuously enhance our People systems and tools. This encompasses our HRIS, various people platforms, and any other related technologies. Your goal will be to streamline workflows, ensure data accuracy, and create a consistently positive and efficient employee experience through these systems.
  • • You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and legislation to ensure Heidi Health remains fully compliant. This will involve close collaboration with our Legal and Finance teams to navigate regulatory requirements and mitigate any potential risks, safeguarding both the company and our employees.
  • • Beyond transactional processes, you will act as a strategic partner to our business leaders. You will collaborate with them to foster team growth by contributing to clear role design, defining career pathways, implementing effective feedback mechanisms, and facilitating meaningful growth conversations that empower our people.
  • • Cross-functional collaboration is essential. You will work closely with teams such as IT, People Technology, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth operational execution, successful system integrations, and the implementation of continuous improvements that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • • You will serve as a trusted and empathetic advisor to our employees, providing clear, concise, and supportive guidance on all people-related processes, policies, and systems. Building trust and fostering positive relationships will be a hallmark of your approach.
  • • This role demands a high degree of autonomy. You will be expected to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, bringing structure, unwavering follow-through, and sound judgment to a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.   • • Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, managing employee data integrity, administering benefits and compensation programs in line with local regulations, and supporting HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and refining HR policies and procedures specific to the Philippines, ensuring they align with global standards while adhering to local legal requirements.
  • • Contributing to the development and execution of talent acquisition and management strategies will also be part of your remit, working closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
  • • You will be a champion for Heidi's values, ensuring they are reflected in all people processes and communications, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and collective growth.
