- • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle across Primer’s global footprint, designing and improving systems based on employee feedback and data-driven insights
- • Partner with Finance and international payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across all jurisdictions, including resolution of complex cases
- • Design, implement, and manage global benefits programmes, ensuring alignment with local regulations and employee needs
- • Lead immigration, visa, right-to-work, and global mobility processes; coordinate with external legal counsel and support new entity setups as Primer expands into new markets
- • Automate the People team helpdesk by identifying recurring issues, addressing root causes, and reducing ticket volume through system improvements and AI-driven solutions
- • Own and optimize the People tech stack—including HiBob, Ashby, Remote, and Notion—making strategic build-vs-buy decisions, negotiating vendor contracts, and leading integrations that scale with growth
- • Maintain compliance across all operational jurisdictions by monitoring regulatory changes and translating them into actionable People Ops practices
- • Coordinate logistics for annual company retreats and team workations, ensuring seamless execution and memorable experiences that reinforce remote culture
- • Champion remote-first culture by actively participating in rituals, sharing updates, and helping Primigos stay connected and informed
- • Shape content and narrative for company-wide Townhalls in partnership with leadership to drive alignment, transparency, and engagement
- • Measure the impact of People initiatives using metrics such as eNPS, eLTV, and CAC to prioritize initiatives with highest ROI
- • Apply a product mindset to People Operations: prioritizing ruthlessly, testing assumptions, iterating based on data, and continuously seeking smarter, automated ways to deliver value
- • Model strong async written communication across global teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility in all People-related documentation and updates
- • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all operational outputs, from compliance filings to benefits enrollment to policy documentation
- • Make independent judgement calls in ambiguous situations without waiting for direction, balancing legal risk, employee experience, and business needs
- • Use modern tooling and AI to scale People workflows, reducing manual effort while improving accuracy and speed of delivery
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of People Operations experience in scale-up or high-growth environments
- • Proven experience managing global payroll, benefits, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- • Hands-on ownership of HRIS, ATS, or People tool implementations and integrations (e.g., HiBob, Ashby, Remote)
- • Demonstrated ability to apply a product mindset to People Ops, using metrics like eNPS and ROI to drive decisions
- • Strong experience with automation, AI tools, and process optimization in People Operations
- • Exceptional async written communication skills and comfort operating in a fully remote, global team
