- • As a Senior People Partner at Solace Corporation, you will play a critical role in scaling manager effectiveness, organizational health, and performance infrastructure to support the company’s mission of fixing the broken U.S. healthcare system through patient advocacy and expert support.
- • Day to day, you will redesign performance management cycles, coach managers through difficult conversations and performance concerns, partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning, and build scalable onboarding, development, and employee relations programs.
- • Solace is a Series C healthcare technology startup founded in 2022, backed by top-tier venture capital firms, with a lean, mission-driven U.S.-based team focused on redefining healthcare through urgency, precision, and heart.
- • In this role, you will build scalable People programs from scratch, influence executive leaders, drive organizational alignment, and gain deep operational experience in high-growth environments while shaping the employee experience and performance culture at a fast-scaling mission-driven company.

- • Experience operating within high-growth organizations and scaling People programs
- • Strong employee relations and manager coaching experience
- • Experience building and running performance management processes
- • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, organizational complexity, and sensitive employee situations
- • Strong operational mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch
- • Excellent judgment and ability to balance employee experience with business needs
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across teams
- • Experience partnering closely with executives and cross-functional leadership
