📋 Description

• Senior People Partner (HRBP) role at Mirakl Inc., a global leader in marketplace innovation, driving the human side of transformation as the company scales to support 750+ employees worldwide.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to department leaders on organizational design, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning for one or two departments (~250 people).
• You will partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and global People teams to align people strategies with ambitious growth plans, lead learning and development initiatives like the Global Leadership & Management Program, and support headcount planning and internal mobility processes.
• The role involves empowering managers through expert advice on performance management and complex employee relations, conducting compensation and benchmarking projects, and contributing to key strategic People initiatives such as annual reviews and engagement surveys.
• You’ll join a ~30-person People Team in Paris, collaborating across EMEA and globally to build a workplace where innovation thrives and every Mirakl Worker can make their mark, guided by Mirakl’s five core values: Work Hard Together, Get Things Done, Go Above & Beyond, Succeed Through Expertise, and Satisfy & Empower Clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role with a proven track record of influencing and coaching managers at all levels
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments requiring adaptability and enthusiasm for new challenges
• Experience designing and leading complex people programs and projects to successful completion
• History of owning performance management, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning initiatives
• Strategic thinking and business acumen, exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, hands-on execution mindset, project and change management expertise, and data-driven decision making
• Fluency in French (native level) and advanced English (C1 level)
• Experience with HRIS and people management systems (e.g., BambooHR, Radford), performance management platforms (e.g., Culturamp), and workforce planning and analytics tools
