📋 Description

• Design high-converting static advertising creatives specifically for Meta platforms, including square and vertical ad formats.
• Produce multiple creative variations each week to support A/B testing and campaign optimization for DTC eCommerce clients.
• Execute marketing concepts from detailed creative briefs and reference materials with minimal supervision.
• Utilize AI-powered tools including Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, ComfyUI, and Nano Banana to generate and refine visual assets.
• Apply advanced compositing, lighting, typography, and finishing techniques in Adobe Photoshop and Figma to ensure premium visual quality.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across all deliverables, adhering to guidelines for typography, color usage, logo placement, and layout structure.
• Deliver organized, version-controlled project files with clear naming conventions and asset organization.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly and accurately, minimizing revision cycles while maintaining creative integrity.
• Work within aggressive production timelines to meet weekly creative output targets without compromising quality.
• Adapt creative output to align with performance marketing best practices for Meta, including optimal text-to-image ratios and platform-specific constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure creatives directly support campaign goals and measurable business outcomes.
• Continuously improve and refine AI-assisted design workflows to increase production efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure all assets are optimized for high performance across diverse audience segments and ad placements within Meta’s ecosystem.
• Contribute to scaling creative production for multiple product lines within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and consumer psychology as applied to performance advertising.
• Maintain consistent output of polished, conversion-focused creatives that drive improved CTR, ROAS, and campaign ROI.
• Work during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) to align with client timelines and feedback cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience creating performance marketing creatives for DTC brands
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Figma
• Experience with AI-powered design tools including Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, ComfyUI, Nano Banana, and Frame.io
• Experience designing static advertising creatives specifically for Meta platforms
• Proven ability to produce multiple creative variations weekly under tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of Meta advertising creative best practices and performance metrics
