  • • Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of TensorWave’s paid acquisition program as a hands-on player-coach, with full accountability for ROAS and pipeline outcomes.
  • • Manage and develop a performance marketing team, with responsibility for scaling the team as the program grows and budgets expand.
  • • Define and implement the annual performance marketing budget with full ownership of investment allocation and performance metrics.
  • • Establish channel strategy, audience architecture, and investment frameworks for paid acquisition across digital platforms.
  • • Build and document the performance marketing playbook, including attribution standards, creative production processes, and campaign optimization protocols.
  • • Lead competitive ad tracking across the paid landscape to ensure campaign differentiation and maintain market relevance.
  • • Prioritize infrastructure development during the lean-budget phase by creating scalable systems for audience segmentation, creative workflows, and full-funnel attribution.
  • • Drive alignment between paid acquisition strategy and commercial priorities in collaboration with Growth Operations and the VP of Marketing.
  • • Represent performance marketing in VP-level planning sessions and contribute to board-cycle materials with data-backed insights and strategic recommendations.
  • • Maintain a data-driven approach to all decisions, using evidence and analytics to guide campaign optimization and budget allocation.
  • • Operate with high organizational discipline across multiple concurrent projects, consistently delivering results on time and within constraints.
  • • Collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments, partnering with product, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • • Communicate clearly and persuasively with executive leadership, including presenting complex performance data and strategic plans to VPs and above.
  • • Leverage experience in B2B tech marketing to tailor campaigns for enterprise and developer audiences in the AI cloud and infrastructure space.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and resource constraints, using lean budgets as a catalyst for building efficient, scalable systems.
  • • Contribute to a culture of innovation by solving complex marketing challenges with creative, data-informed solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Must reside in, or be open to relocating to Las Vegas, NV.
  • • 7 to 9 years of performance marketing experience with direct management experience and full budget ownership.
  • • Proven experience in B2B Tech marketing; AI cloud or infrastructure paid acquisition experience strongly preferred.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and implement performance marketing playbooks and attribution standards.
  • • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP-level and above.
  • • Highly organized with a consistent track record of delivering complex projects on time.
