- • This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our digital acquisition strategy. You will manage a substantial monthly advertising budget, working directly with the Founder/CEO to develop and scale acquisition initiatives from the ground up. - • As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be entrusted with the full spectrum of performance marketing responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing and meticulously optimizing a monthly ad budget exceeding £200,000, ensuring maximum return on investment and efficient spend.
- • A core aspect of this role involves the relentless optimization of customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lead quality metrics for both our moving and storage service verticals. You will be instrumental in driving measurable business growth by consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious acquisition targets. This requires a deep dive into the entire customer acquisition funnel, from initial awareness and engagement through to final conversion, applying sophisticated analytical techniques to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- • You will be empowered to identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels and opportunities through rigorous, data-driven experimentation. This includes exploring emerging platforms, innovative ad formats, and novel targeting strategies. The role demands end-to-end campaign execution, encompassing strategy formulation, campaign setup, implementation, ongoing optimization, and performance analysis.
