- • Lead the strategic development and execution of omni-channel media campaigns, encompassing paid social, programmatic display, video, CTV, and audio channels, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Bluehost.com.
- • Own the end-to-end media planning process, from initial strategy formulation and creative brief development to campaign execution, rigorous performance analysis, and comprehensive budget planning.
- • Develop and manage detailed media plans, ensuring alignment with overarching brand and performance marketing objectives, and oversee the RFP process for media partners and agencies.
- • Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external agency partners to define and refine creative strategies, ensuring campaigns are consistently refreshed and optimized based on performance data and emerging trends.
- • Proactively identify, test, and scale innovative creative formats and emerging platforms (e.g., LinkedIn CTV, Reddit Megathreads, Quora promoted answers, influencer integrations) to enhance brand awareness and accelerate customer acquisition.
- • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key media partners, including programmatic DSPs, major social media platforms, and external media buying agencies, fostering collaborative and performance-driven partnerships.
- • Oversee the meticulous management of campaign trafficking, precise audience targeting, dynamic creative rotations, and pacing across all digital media channels to ensure optimal campaign delivery and efficiency.
- • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, identifying key drivers of success and areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency, Click-Through Rates (CTR), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and Lifetime Value (LTV) metrics.
- • Strategize and optimize audience segmentation across prospecting, retargeting, and specialized B2B targeting (including LinkedIn and specific web developer/IT decision-maker audiences), leveraging both third-party data and proprietary first-party audience insights.
- • Manage and grow creator and influencer partnerships within the paid media framework, focusing on driving authentic engagement and measurable acquisition outcomes.
- • Define and implement robust measurement strategies, including the setup of floodlight/conversion tracking, the execution of incrementality testing, and the deployment of brand lift studies to accurately assess campaign impact.
- • Partner with the analytics and BI teams to develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce) for real-time tracking of revenue and new customer attribution, lead generation lifecycle, and critical campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- • Liaise with BI, analytics, and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely reflection of media performance within financial reporting and forecasting models.
- • Lead the comprehensive budget planning, forecasting, and financial reconciliation processes across all paid media channels, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic allocation of resources.
- • Prepare and deliver compelling performance insights, strategic recommendations, and actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing future marketing strategies.
- • Contribute to the overall growth marketing strategy by identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue expansion through innovative paid media approaches.
- • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital media, performance marketing, and the broader marketing technology landscape.
- • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, working effectively with internal teams (marketing, creative, analytics, sales) and external partners to achieve shared objectives.
- • Ensure all media activities are compliant with industry regulations and platform policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical marketing practices.
- • Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- • Develop a deep understanding of the Bluehost customer journey and leverage this knowledge to inform media targeting and messaging strategies.
- • Contribute to the development of a strong brand presence online through strategic paid media investments and creative execution.
- • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns in conjunction with other performance channels to create a cohesive and effective customer acquisition funnel.
