• • As a Senior Performance Test Engineer at Coderoad Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of software systems that power real-world applications for global clients. Your expertise will directly impact product quality and user experience by identifying bottlenecks and validating system behavior under load.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with development teams to design and execute performance testing strategies throughout the software development lifecycle, build and maintain automated test pipelines using tools like JMeter, k6, Playwright, and Cypress, analyze results from APM platforms such as New Relic and Grafana, and investigate high-severity performance defects. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to scalable platform architecture decisions.
