- • Senior picker/magazziniere role is critical to Deliveroo’s warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction through efficient picking, packing, and inventory management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising order picking, managing store openings and closures, coordinating with riders for prompt deliveries, overseeing shipping and packaging areas, scanning deliveries, recording complaints, managing inventory accuracy, collaborating with warehouse leadership, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment.
- • The role operates within Deliveroo’s Hop sites in Milan, part of a global logistics network now integrated with DoorDash and Wolt, focused on rapid, reliable delivery of essential goods to customers.
- • This position offers hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, team coordination, and process optimization within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, enabling skill development in logistics and operations management.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment is preferred
- • Fluent Italian (mandatory) + basic English (nice to have)
- • Willingness to work 40-hour shifts per week with hourly flexibility
