- • Senior Platform Engineer at Percepta LLC to build the core infrastructure enabling AI agents to interact with real-world tools, services, and environments in high-impact industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and energy
- • Design and evolve systems that orchestrate complex multi-step workflows driven by frontier AI models, extract reusable abstractions from customer deployments, and contribute to the evolution of Mosaic, Percepta’s in-house toolkit for rapid agentic architecture deployment
- • Work embedded within customer environments as part of forward-deployed engineering teams, translating real-world AI integration challenges into platform improvements that accelerate future deployments across critical institutions
- • Collaborate with Applied AI Engineers, Embedded Product Managers, and Researchers to diffuse AI into tangible operational improvements, ensuring infrastructure decisions are guided by actual customer outcomes rather than theoretical outputs
- • Contribute to a mission-driven culture where high-agency problem-solving, kindness, and customer obsession are valued equally, and where engineers are empowered to make technical and interpersonal calls that shape both systems and team dynamics
- • Grow expertise in emerging AI infrastructure patterns, distributed systems, and platform engineering while helping establish foundational abstractions for agentic workflows that currently lack standardized playbooks
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience building production backend systems or developer platforms
- • Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and service architecture
- • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous problem spaces where patterns are still emerging and comfort moving quickly from prototype to production
