- • Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale serverless platforms on AWS to support Agiloft’s Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP), enabling global contract lifecycle management.
- • Develop and maintain LLM-powered applications that leverage thoughtful queuing and load balancing systems to manage large-scale AI inference capacity efficiently and reliably.
- • Contribute to an API-first development culture, creating and evolving backend services that serve multiple frontend clients across web and mobile platforms.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, designers, legal subject matter experts, and entrepreneurs to translate complex contract workflows into scalable technical solutions.
- • Implement and optimize infrastructure that supports autonomous contract processes, from proposal and negotiation to signing and compliance monitoring.
- • Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security while maintaining high availability for a global customer base with 97% annual renewal rates.
- • Work within a no-code platform ecosystem that empowers business users to administer and extend contract workflows without requiring engineering intervention.
- • Participate in the full product lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and post-launch optimization—driving innovation in contract automation and AI-driven legal workflows.
- • Integrate third-party systems and data sources to liberate contract data and enable seamless interoperability across enterprise ecosystems.
- • Maintain and enhance the platform’s certification standards, ensuring compliance with enterprise security and governance requirements trusted by global clients.
- • Support the deployment of certified implementers who deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous contract solutions to customers worldwide.
