This pivotal role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the robust infrastructure that powers all of Lawhive’s cutting-edge products. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be instrumental in owning our cloud environments, optimizing deployment pipelines, establishing strong security foundations, and ensuring comprehensive observability across our systems. You will collaborate closely with product engineering teams, empowering them to deliver features rapidly and reliably, thereby accelerating our growth and evolution.
• • This is a hands-on position focused on creating a resilient, scalable, and secure platform. You will be at the forefront of our technological advancements, contributing directly to our mission of making legal services accessible to everyone through AI-native solutions. • • Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining advanced deployment patterns and practices. This involves building and managing our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, leveraging tools such as GitHub Actions, AWS, Elastic Container Service (ECS), and Kubernetes (K8s). You will be responsible for the architecture and maintenance of our platform infrastructure, actively contributing to system design decisions as we scale our operations globally.
• • A critical aspect of this role is ensuring the security and compliance of our systems. You will execute on security and compliance roadmaps, hardening our software, systems, and data security. This includes implementing and maintaining robust access controls, audit trails, and compliance processes to safeguard sensitive legal data.

This means establishing and managing monitoring and alerting systems, enabling us to gain deep insights into our services and respond swiftly and effectively to any incidents. Your work will directly impact our ability to maintain high availability and performance.
