- • We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our team at Bettermile GmbH in Berlin, Germany.
- • As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the evolution and stabilization of our central authentication systems, taking ownership of our infrastructure's observability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency, and implementing infrastructure-as-code across our ecosystems.
- • You will also provide mentorship for platform senior engineers, guiding their professional growth, and fostering strong cross-team collaboration.
- • You will champion DevOps culture and establish platform engineering best practices across the organization.
- • You will challenge technical directions constructively and share your insights openly, while always being a team player who fully backs the squad's final decisions.
- • We are looking for someone with deep proficiency and hands-on experience operating within the AWS environment, strong background in system operations, specifically with Linux/Unix, fluency in a programming language such as Python or similar, and a minimum of 2 years of proven experience actively mentoring other engineers.

🎯 Requirements
- • Deep proficiency and hands-on experience operating within the AWS environment
