📋 Description

• As a Senior Platform Engineer at TD SYNNEX, you will serve as the critical bridge between Developers, Business, and Operations, architecting the foundational multi-cloud infrastructure that enables next-generation AI-driven applications across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• You will design and deploy scalable, resilient multi-cloud architectures using a 'Security and Automation First' mindset, ensuring infrastructure is reliable, secure, and optimized for AI workloads.
• You will lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives by creating, maintaining, and refactoring complex Terraform modules from scratch, applying DRY principles to eliminate redundancy and improve consistency across environments.
• You will develop and manage Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections to automate zero-downtime application deployments and OS-level configurations, enabling rapid and reliable infrastructure provisioning.
• You will enable AI infrastructure adoption by managing and scaling cognitive services such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and GCP Vertex AI, empowering business teams to leverage machine learning capabilities.
• You will translate high-level business requirements into technical blueprints, challenging assumptions and ensuring solutions align with true underlying business needs through proactive stakeholder partnership.
• You will build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for both infrastructure provisioning and configuration management, integrating version control, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
• You will collaborate within a sprint-based Agile environment, breaking down complex infrastructure projects into modular tasks and delivering incremental value with transparency and accountability.
• You will operate in a professional remote environment with occasional non-standard hours as business needs require, contributing to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement at TD SYNNEX.
• You will grow your technical and leadership expertise by working with cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies, mentoring peers, and shaping the future of enterprise platform capabilities at a global IT solutions leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Terraform, including mastery of data structures, functions, workspaces, and module registries.
• Expert-level ability to create Ansible playbooks, dynamic inventories, and manage automation at scale; experience with Ansible Tower or RedHat Satellite highly preferred.
• Fluency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for custom automation and scripting tasks.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards, Repos) and advanced Git skills for version control, branching strategies, and code reviews.
• Deep hands-on experience in Azure and GCP or AWS (GCP is a plus), with proven experience managing cognitive service environments such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu) and experience managing Windows Hosts via automation.
• Experience working in Agile/sprint-based environments, breaking down complex infrastructure initiatives into manageable, deliverable tasks.
• Analytical mindset with ability to decompose high-level business requirements into technical designs and reconcile conflicting inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive communication skills: ability to present high-level architecture to non-technical stakeholders and detailed technical documentation to engineering teams.
• Capability to drive initiatives independently while staying aligned with Product Owner goals and team objectives.
