• • As a Senior Platform Engineer at Delinea, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our cutting-edge Identity Security Platform, with a specific focus on enabling its secure and compliant deployment within Azure Government environments. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a critical national security initiative by ensuring our platform meets the stringent requirements of FedRAMP certification, while simultaneously maintaining and enhancing our existing commercial cloud deployments.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to architect, develop, and implement robust infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using Terraform. You will be instrumental in designing and maintaining Terraform modules that are not only adaptable to both Azure commercial and Azure Government clouds but also adhere to best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability. This involves a deep dive into Azure services and Azure Resource Manager to ensure seamless integration and efficient resource provisioning.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve configuring and optimizing GitOps-based deployment pipelines. You will leverage Argo CD and Argo Rollouts to implement progressive delivery strategies, ensuring smooth and controlled deployments to government cloud environments. This includes adapting existing GitOps Pull Request (PR)-based approval workflows to meet the specific promotion and compliance requirements of government deployments, thereby enhancing security and auditability.
• • You will be tasked with restructuring our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to accommodate the unique demands of government boundary deployments. This includes implementing strategies for NuGet package mirroring, ensuring that all necessary dependencies and artifacts are securely managed and accessible within the government cloud ecosystem.
• • Collaboration will be a cornerstone of your success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, security, and other engineering groups, to thoroughly understand their requirements, translate them into effective technical solutions, and contribute significantly to key architectural decisions. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the future of our platform's infrastructure.
• • You will actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and maintainability for all infrastructure code. This collaborative approach fosters a shared understanding and promotes best practices across the team.

This includes staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, DevOps, and security, and evaluating their potential application to Delinea's platform.
