📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI and ML solutions using MLOps and Databricks.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI and ML capabilities into our HelixAI platform and client products.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI and ML.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
• Collaborate with the product management team to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, and implementation details.
• Participate in the development of technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of AI and ML solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI and ML solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI and ML.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, Databricks, and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
