- • Own the full podcast production lifecycle, including booking guests, pre-production planning, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing across all platforms.
- • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with company milestones, product launches, and key industry events in AI, infrastructure, and enterprise technology.
- • Book and manage relationships with technical and executive-level guests from AI, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise tech sectors.
- • Write original, engaging show notes, chapter markers, and episode summaries that reflect a human voice and avoid AI-generated tone.
- • Collaborate with video and design teams to repurpose podcast content into multi-format assets including short clips, social media reels, and highlight edits.
- • Manage RSS distribution and episode publishing through Transistor.fm, ensuring consistent delivery to all major podcast platforms.
- • Track and report on podcast analytics including downloads, listener retention, and platform performance to inform content strategy.
- • Establish, document, and refine scalable production workflows and quality standards as the podcast program grows.
- • Troubleshoot both remote and in-person recording setups, resolving audio issues related to room acoustics, microphone quality, or connectivity without disrupting production schedules.
- • Manage guest pipelines and outreach efforts to maintain a steady flow of high-quality interviewees.
- • Work cross-functionally with marketing, video, and design teams to maximize episode reach and align podcast content with broader brand initiatives.
- • Manage up when necessary to secure resources, clarify priorities, or align stakeholders on editorial direction.
- • Ensure all published episodes meet brand voice guidelines and technical quality benchmarks.
- • Maintain organized production files and metadata for archival and future repurposing purposes.
- • Adapt production节奏 to respond to real-time industry developments and emerging trends in AI and infrastructure technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of podcast production experience, with at least some in B2B, tech, or media
- • Strong audio editing skills using Descript, Adobe Audition, or equivalent tools
- • Hands-on experience with Riverside.fm for remote guest recording and session troubleshooting
- • Familiarity with Transistor.fm for RSS management, episode publishing, and analytics
- • Comfort with both remote and in-person recording environments and ability to troubleshoot audio issues independently
- • Sharp editorial instincts to identify compelling moments in interviews and build episodes around them
