- • Lead post-production efforts across multiple workstreams, ensuring efficiency and quality in creative, social, and localization projects.
- • Develop and optimize post-production workflows tailored to diverse project requirements and platform specifications.
- • Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- • Conduct final quality checks on all deliverables, with specific focus on localization accuracy, audio standards, and video codecs.
- • Train and mentor junior post producers to build team capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- • Book and allocate editing resources across projects based on workload, deadlines, and skill requirements.
- • Embed a commercially minded approach within the team to identify and maximize all commercial opportunities tied to post-production deliverables.
- • Develop and nurture direct client relationships to support retention, account growth, and long-term partnership development.
- • Ensure adherence to Adobe Suite tools including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop for all post-production tasks.
- • Apply advanced knowledge of TV formats, audio standards, and video codecs across international production pipelines.
- • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement scalable improvements to enhance team productivity and output quality.
- • Demonstrate leadership and team management abilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance standards.
- • Operate with English proficiency to communicate effectively across global teams and client stakeholders.
- • Support the Senior Production Director in aligning post-production strategy with broader agency goals and client objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience with post-production workflows
- • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- • Experience managing video editing, motion graphics, and localization workflows across multiple platforms
- • English proficiency
- • Leadership and team management abilities
- • Knowledge of TV formats, codecs, and audio standards
