• As a Senior Power Platform Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting Power Platform solutions aligned to business outcomes. You will contribute to governance frameworks including environment strategy, DLP policies, and ALM. You will also support the development and maturity of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions. You will monitor, maintain, and optimise platform usage and performance. You will ensure compliance with organisational security and architectural standards. You will support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement.
• You will have a strong background in driving platform adoption, governance, and strategy, alongside hands-on delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform stack. You will have experience in mentoring teams, enabling citizen development, and delivering business value through low-code solutions.
• You will be responsible for technical capabilities such as Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), Dataverse data modelling and management, Power BI integration and reporting, integration with M365 (Teams, SharePoint) and external APIs, Power Platform Admin Centre & governance tooling, and CI/CD and deployment approaches within Power Platform.
• You will have certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400), Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200), and [Desirable] Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600).
• You will balance rapid solution delivery with enterprise governance and control. You will enable citizen developers while maintaining platform integrity. You will drive adoption through best practice, training, and enablement. You will deliver reusable solutions, standards, and accelerators to improve efficiency.

• 12 months of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex, regulated environments (20,000+ users)
• Strong background in driving platform adoption, governance, and strategy, alongside hands-on delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform stack
