If so, Everpure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector in Eastern Pennsylvania.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be the technical cornerstone of our sales engagements, deeply understanding the unique operational drivers and decision-making processes of SLED organizations. Your primary mission will be to bridge the gap between cutting-edge Everpure technology and the measurable business advantages our solutions deliver, ensuring our clients achieve their strategic goals.
- • You will forge strong, collaborative partnerships with Account Managers, Specialists, and Channel Partners. This synergy is crucial for crafting a unified customer strategy, fostering seamless experiences, and ultimately driving significant revenue growth and securing new business opportunities within the SLED market.
- • Your technical leadership and profound domain expertise in storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings across DAS, NAS, and SAN environments will be instrumental in delighting both customers and your internal colleagues.
- • You will take ownership of the technical validation process, expertly managing customer evaluations, performance benchmarks, and intricate system configurations to demonstrate the superior capabilities of Everpure's portfolio.
- • A key responsibility will be to design and deliver compelling technical product and architecture presentations. Your ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity and enthusiasm will be vital in securing the technical win with prospective and existing clients, solidifying Everpure's position as a trusted advisor.
- • You will excel at capturing detailed customer requirements, translating their critical business needs into elegant, innovative solutions that empower their growth, enhance their capacity, and streamline their operations.
- • Proactively identify and champion opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing and validation, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with our technology ecosystem.
- • Engage in strategic roadmap and planning exchanges with customers, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns Everpure's future development with market demands and client needs.
- • Serve as a key liaison between the field and our Product and Technical Marketing teams. You will contribute to the creation of essential collateral, such as whitepapers and web presentations, ensuring they accurately reflect our latest differentiated solution positioning and support overarching alliance strategies.
- • Maintain a keen awareness of the competitive landscape, continuously updating your knowledge and ensuring all customer-facing materials are current and effectively highlight Everpure's unique value proposition.
- • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive shifts, leveraging your insights to promote thought leadership both within Everpure and with our SLED clients.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications, with a strong emphasis on pre-sales engineering.
- • Proven experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software solutions to enterprise accounts, with a preference for SLED sector experience.
- • Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solution architectures, design, and implementation.
- • Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures, including FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, and SAN.
- • Familiarity with modern web architecture concepts (e.g., LAMP stack, scale-out vs. scale-up, AWS Well-Architected Framework, microservices) is highly desirable.
