- • As an ALM Senior Solution Consultant at PTC Inc., you will serve as a technical presales expert in North America for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions, focusing on Codebeamer, Pure Variants, and Modeler, supporting enterprise clients in regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, and medical devices.
- • Day to day, you will develop and deliver technical presentations and customized demonstrations of Codebeamer, plan and execute proof of concepts (POCs) and technical workshops, act as a technical project manager for customer projects, collaborate with Sales, CSM, Product Management, R&D, and Support teams, and support the sales team in qualifying opportunities through RFI/RFP responses and solution finding.
- • You will join a global team of nearly 7,000 at PTC, a leader in bridging the physical and digital worlds through software that enables companies to improve operations, create better products, and empower people, with a strong commitment to inclusion, learning, and growth.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in ALM, systems engineering, and compliance standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, FDA), enhance your technical presales and stakeholder management skills, and contribute to customer value realization while working with cutting-edge DevOps toolchains and enterprise software ecosystems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in presales, professional services, or solution delivery within enterprise software with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- • Proven success in technical sales supporting enterprise customers in regulated industries (automotive, aerospace, or medical devices).
- • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- • Experience with ALM, requirements, testing, risk & software management, systems engineering, and compliance-driven development.
- • Familiarity with DevOps toolchains including Jira, Git, Jenkins, and basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java, C++, JavaScript, Python) and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
