  • • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in partnering closely with our sales teams, solutions engineering, and enterprise strategists. Your primary focus will be to consult on intricate, multi-product opportunities, meticulously scoping, designing, and validating how complex Twilio solutions integrate seamlessly into our clients' existing ecosystems. You will be the architect of the long-term Twilio vision for our customers, translating their business needs into robust, scalable technical strategies. This position demands a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between client needs and our product capabilities, ensuring technical wins and fostering deep client relationships.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend beyond client engagements. You will serve as a crucial cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams. By identifying and articulating emerging technology patterns and market shifts observed from our clients and prospects, you will directly influence our product strategy and roadmap. This feedback loop is vital for Twilio's continuous innovation and market leadership. You will be a subject matter expert, sharing your deep understanding of the Twilio platform, its diverse use cases, and buyer personas, while staying abreast of the latest trends in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and customer data management.

  • • Developing profound expertise in the Twilio platform, understanding its vast array of use cases, and deeply comprehending our buyer personas. You will continuously update your knowledge on the evolving landscapes of CDP, AI, and customer data trends to provide the most relevant and impactful solutions.
  • • Scoping, designing, and architecting multi-product solutions that address complex customer challenges. This involves creating compelling presentations and demonstrations to secure the Technical Win, working collaboratively with core sales, core Solutions Engineering (SE), and Enterprise Strategist teams.
  • • Crafting innovative and creative solutions that span across intricate customer data flows, sophisticated AI decisioning engines, and comprehensive end-to-end customer journey designs, ensuring a holistic and effective customer experience.
  • • Acting as a knowledge hub by teaching and enabling cross-functional teams – including Sales, Presales, Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success (CS), and Product teams – on product-specific knowledge, strategic positioning, and effective solutioning for various use cases.
  • • Documenting significant patterns and technology shifts observed from our clients and prospects. This valuable intelligence will be channeled to influence Product and R&D strategy through established Go-To-Market (GTM) interlock and Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) processes, ensuring Twilio's offerings remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • • Providing proactive and constructive feedback to continuously improve our Specialist Sales Organization and refine our multi-product GTM motion, contributing to operational excellence and strategic alignment.
