  • • DISA Global Solutions, a distinguished leader in safety and compliance solutions since 1986, is seeking a highly strategic and meticulously detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst. This pivotal role will spearhead critical pricing initiatives, encompassing deal desk operations, pricing governance, and commercial strategy. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and the broader Commercial Team, to architect and approve profitable, compliant deals. Your responsibilities will extend to scaling pricing processes, ensuring consistency and effective enablement across various platforms, and reinforcing pricing discipline throughout the entire deal lifecycle.
  • • As the primary pricing subject matter expert, you will be the go-to resource for all strategic deals, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), renewals, and non-standard pricing requests across DISA’s diverse platforms. This involves a deep understanding of our product offerings and market positioning to develop optimal pricing structures.
  • • You will work hand-in-hand with the sales team to conceptualize and approve pricing strategies for new deals, ensuring a strong alignment with overarching company policies, financial objectives, and profitability targets. A key part of this will be generating and meticulously reviewing quotes to guarantee both accuracy and maximum profitability.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be leading comprehensive cross-functional deal reviews. These reviews will involve close collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure that all pricing structures not only meet profitability benchmarks but also adhere strictly to compliance thresholds and company standards.
  • • You will provide crucial support to customer-facing negotiations by delivering insightful pricing analysis and a well-reasoned rationale, empowering the sales team to secure favorable outcomes while maintaining profitability.
  • • To standardize and enhance pricing governance, you will be instrumental in establishing robust deal desk playbooks, defining clear approval workflows, and outlining effective escalation paths. This will create a more predictable and efficient deal-making process.
  • • Your role will involve providing direct support to the sales team by promptly addressing pricing and deal-related inquiries. You will offer expert guidance on optimal deal structuring and assist in the meticulous preparation of sales proposals, ensuring they are competitive and profitable.
  • • You will take ownership of pricing workflows within the Salesforce CRM platform. This includes configuring approval logic, diligently tracking deal performance metrics, and maintaining all pricing-related data fields to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
  • • Collaboration with the Sales Operations team will be essential to ensure that pricing logic is seamlessly integrated and consistent across all quoting tools and proposal templates, thereby eliminating discrepancies and enhancing user experience.
  • • You will conduct in-depth pricing and margin analysis, leveraging both internal data and external market intelligence to inform and refine pricing strategies. This analytical rigor will be key to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • • Utilizing competitive intelligence will be a core function, allowing you to benchmark our rates against industry standards and proactively identify opportunities to enhance margins and market competitiveness.
  • • You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving a centralized, comprehensive database of historical pricing data, client segmentation information, and elasticity patterns. This repository will serve as a critical resource for strategic decision-making.
  • • A key responsibility is to define and rigorously enforce pricing guardrails, discount thresholds, and approval matrices across all product lines, ensuring a consistent and disciplined approach to pricing.
  • • You will partner closely with Legal and Compliance departments to guarantee that all pricing agreements meticulously meet regulatory requirements and contractual obligations, safeguarding the company from potential risks.
  • • You will actively identify opportunities for policy simplification, process automation, and improved adherence to established pricing standards, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • You will design and iteratively refine pricing models to accommodate various structures, including subscription-based, usage-based, and pass-through fee models, ensuring flexibility and market alignment.
  • • Based on return on investment (ROI) analysis and observed customer behavior, you will recommend strategic improvements to existing pricing levers, discount structures, and contract terms, optimizing revenue and customer value.
  • • Other duties as assigned will ensure you contribute to the broader commercial objectives of the organization.
