- • As a Senior Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Revenue Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Pricing & Revenue Management. This team is dedicated to maximizing final margin and driving sustainable growth by strategically optimizing key commercial levers, including pricing, payment plans, and cancellation terms. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing sophisticated, data-led strategies that achieve a delicate balance between aggressive growth targets and robust profitability across an immense spectrum of potential package combinations.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to architect and execute pricing strategies that are not only competitive but also highly profitable. This involves a deep dive into internal performance metrics such as Margin Per Transaction, Conversion Rate, and Trading Margin, where you will be tasked with driving actionable insights and diagnosing the underlying drivers of performance. Understanding what makes our pricing successful and where opportunities lie will be key to your role.
- • A significant part of your role will involve rigorous market analysis. You will continuously evaluate competitor propositions and evolving market dynamics to ensure our pricing, payment plans, and cancellation terms remain sharp and competitive. This proactive approach will help us maintain and enhance our competitive edge in a fast-paced travel market.
- • You will be instrumental in uncovering and quantifying new opportunities to drive sustainable top-line growth while simultaneously improving our overall margin. This requires a blend of analytical rigor and commercial intuition to identify untapped potential within our product offerings and customer base.
- • To validate and refine your strategies, you will design and execute sophisticated experiments. These experiments will be crucial for optimizing our revenue management levers, allowing us to make data-driven decisions about pricing adjustments, promotional activities, and other commercial initiatives.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with other commercial teams to identify and influence broader trading opportunities, including strategic merchandising initiatives that can enhance customer value and drive incremental revenue.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve partnering with our Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. Together, you will architect and build best-in-class, configurable pricing and packaging systems. This cross-functional collaboration ensures that our technological infrastructure effectively supports our commercial pricing strategies and enables scalability.
- • You will be expected to communicate your findings and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders. This includes presenting performance updates, outlining strategic direction, and advocating for your proposed initiatives, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
