• • As a Senior/Principal Product Manager for Enterprise Foundations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core infrastructure that underpins trust, security, identity, permissions, and user interface consistency across the entire Zip platform. This is a highly strategic position focused on defining and delivering platform-level features critical for our largest enterprise clients. Your work will directly impact the security posture, governance capabilities, and overall developer velocity for teams building on Zip.
• • You will be instrumental in defining and executing the roadmap for Zip’s authentication and security features. This includes advanced capabilities such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), step-up MFA, Single Sign-On (SSO) with multiple Identity Providers (IdPs), IP restrictions, anomaly detection, and robust account takeover prevention mechanisms. Ensuring the highest levels of security and compliance for our enterprise customers will be a primary focus.
• • A significant part of your role will involve owning the strategy and execution for Zip’s data governance, reporting, and insights capabilities. You will define how data is managed, accessed, and presented, ensuring that our customers have the necessary tools to understand their spend, identify opportunities for optimization, and maintain compliance. This includes working with data warehousing and ETL/ELT tools to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• • You will also be responsible for enterprise-grade permissions and access control systems. This involves designing scalable, auditable, and intuitive solutions that cater to complex organizational structures, ensuring that users have the right access to the right resources at the right time, while maintaining strict security protocols.
• • Collaboration with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Customer Success teams will be essential. You will act as a key product expert to unblock high-Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) deals by addressing specific enterprise requirements. This may include technical considerations like regional hosting, multi-cell architectures, dedicated customer environments, and meeting FedRAMP-adjacent security standards.
• • Furthermore, you will lead the roadmap for Zip’s design system and component library. Working closely with Design and Frontend Platform engineering teams, you will ensure the delivery of shared, reusable components for both web and mobile applications. This initiative aims to enhance consistency across the product, improve user experience, and significantly boost developer velocity across the organization.
• • You will work hand-in-hand with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. This includes defining detailed requirements, providing clear product direction, making critical trade-off decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, foundational capabilities that meet our stringent standards.
