- • As a Senior Procurement Analyst at Vanta, you’ll play a key role in scaling the company by guiding smart purchasing decisions that balance speed, cost, and long-term value across teams.
- • Day to day, you’ll partner with internal teams to understand needs, lead vendor engagements from initial conversations to signed contracts, negotiate terms, and improve end-to-end procure-to-pay processes for scalability.
- • You’ll work within Vanta’s kind and talented team, supporting a mission-driven culture focused on helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification.
- • In this role, you’ll learn to design scalable procurement systems, deepen expertise in vendor lifecycle management and third-party risk, and shape how procurement operates at a high-growth technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 – 7 years of experience in procurement or procurement operations, ideally at a software or B2B technology company
- • Strong experience negotiating vendor contracts, including both commercial terms and legal considerations
- • Experience with tools like Zip, Ramp, and Navan, or similar procurement and expense management platforms
- • Solid understanding of third-party risk, vendor lifecycle management, and procure-to-pay processes
- • Experience building and improving processes in fast-growing companies
- • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and solving complex, sometimes ambiguous problems
