• • As a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist at Okta, you will be at the forefront of driving the successful adoption and implementation of our cutting-edge products. This pivotal role requires you to act as a trusted technical advisor, empowering both our internal Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) Field teams, as well as our valued customers, to fully leverage the capabilities of Okta's identity solutions.
• • You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products by contributing to their design, development, and optimization, with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This involves a unique emphasis on building and maintaining a sophisticated lab environment. This environment will serve as the bedrock for demonstrating intricate integration patterns, showcasing strategic use cases, and creating compelling demonstrations that directly influence our product roadmap and strategic direction.
• • Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum, from deeply understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable technical requirements to providing hands-on training and mentorship. You will collaborate extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, Presales, Sales, Professional Services, and Enablement teams, fostering cross-functional synergy to resolve complex challenges and drive innovative solutions.
• • A key aspect of this role is acting as a crucial bridge between the voice of the customer and our Product Management teams. You will provide invaluable insights into integration concepts, identify feature gaps, and highlight emerging market opportunities, directly informing product development and prioritization.
• • You will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously maintaining a state-of-the-art lab environment. This environment is critical for all product testing, solution validation, and the creation of high-impact product demonstrations that showcase Okta's value proposition.
• • You will deliver expert-level, hands-on training and mentorship to both customers and Okta's Field teams, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing new product features and functionalities to their fullest potential.
• • Your role will involve engaging with senior management and other key stakeholders within Okta to champion strategic initiatives and foster critical partnerships that advance our business objectives.
