📋 Description

• • As a Senior Product Analyst - Banking Core, you will enable new product offerings and implement operational improvements for First American Trust, a federal savings bank with over five decades of experience in banking, wealth management, and trust solutions. You will analyze issues reported by business users, define problem statements, make recommendations, and evaluate proposed solutions while working closely with your Product Owner on a self-organized cross-functional team.
• • Day to day, you will build strong relationships with internal partners across Banking Operations, New Accounts, CRM, Compliance/Risk, InfoSec, and technology teams; review and understand cloud-native and vendor products, configurations, and integrations to elicit business outcomes, document current and future state processes, coordinate on release impacts, participate in creating functional and non-functional stories, manage product update implementations, establish documentation and training, manage work items in product backlogs, serve as a Subject Matter Expert for core banking applications to diagnose and resolve issues, perform quality assurance, assist with acceptance testing, support audit requests, and determine top use cases and product synergies to drive continuous value delivery.

• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern core banking platforms—preferably FISERV DNA—while strengthening your Agile and SAFe practices, enhancing your stakeholder management and analytical abilities, gaining experience in incident management and API troubleshooting, and developing proficiency in SQL, Azure Fundamentals, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot, positioning you for growth in techno-functional banking analysis.
