- • As a Senior Product Data Scientist at Binance.US, you will drive measurable improvements in user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue through rigorous analysis, experimentation, and data-informed product decisions, sitting at the intersection of product strategy, experimentation, and data science.
- • You will own and drive end-to-end ML projects from problem framing to deployment and measurement, build and maintain ML models such as user segmentation, churn prediction, and recommendation systems, and design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments focused on revenue, retention, and engagement impact.
- • You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business leaders to understand user behavior across the full lifecycle, translate business questions into analytical problems, and develop key product KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring metrics to track model performance and product outcomes.
- • You will act as a thought partner and data leader within product teams, fostering a strong data-driven and experimentation culture, translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring accurate event tracking and data instrumentation for new and
- • existing product features.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or a closely related role in a consumer-facing tech company
- • Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production
- • Strong understanding of experimental design, statistics, and causal inference, including common pitfalls in real-world experimentation
- • Fluency in SQL and high proficiency in Python or R
- • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect model outputs and data insights to product strategy and commercial outcomes
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence product decisions through data
