📋 Description

• Design and own the end-to-end user experience for Contentsquare’s Analysis team product suite, including dashboards, charts, impact analysis, and query analysis features.
• Collaborate directly with engineers, product managers, and design leads to translate strategic goals into detailed, buildable design specifications.
• Lead the execution of design initiatives from concept to shipped product, ensuring high-fidelity prototypes and clear documentation guide development.
• Proactively identify and address design debt within the analysis product surface to maintain consistency, usability, and scalability.
• Conduct user-centered design activities including research synthesis, wireframing, interaction design, and usability testing to inform iterative improvements.
• Own the quality of design handoffs, ensuring seamless collaboration between design and engineering teams with well-documented assets and specifications.
• Rapidly explore multiple design solutions through sketching, prototyping, and iteration to uncover optimal user experiences.
• Focus on detail-oriented execution, obsessing over micro-interactions, visual hierarchy, and accessibility to elevate product quality.
• Use customer and business outcomes to continuously refine and improve shipped features, aligning design decisions with measurable impact.
• Serve as the primary design advocate within cross-functional teams, ensuring user needs are prioritized alongside technical and business constraints.
• Participate in design critiques and peer reviews to elevate team-wide design standards and foster a culture of learning and feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends in experience analytics and digital product design to inform best practices within the product.
• Work within a global, inclusive team environment that values daring, understanding, and deliberate approaches to problem-solving.
• Contribute to the long-term vision of the Analysis product by aligning design strategy with company-wide goals and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of complex digital products
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to turn strategy into shipped experiences
• Strong proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and design systems
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting usability testing
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for clear design handoffs and cross-functional alignment
• Obsession with detail and execution quality in UI/UX design
