📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer role focused on creating magical collaboration workflows within ClickUp’s AI-native workspace, enabling teams to work together more effectively through clear communication, coordination, and improved productivity.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include using AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor to gather customer research, generate surveys and tests, prototype flows and interactions, create high-fidelity UI prototypes, automate engineering handoffs via Figma or vibecoded prototypes, conduct user research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create wireframes and prototypes, conduct usability testing, and work closely with front-end developers to ensure design fidelity.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on collaboration or communication products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successfully designing and launching impactful collaboration experiences
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Origami
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Ability to think strategically and translate user insights into innovative design solutions
• Fluent with AI tools in day-to-day design practice, including hands-on familiarity with agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor
