- • Lead end-to-end design initiatives for fleet and freight management products, translating customer and business problems into innovative, user-centered solutions.
- • Conduct user research and analyze data to deeply understand pain points, behaviors, and needs across diverse industries including transportation, logistics, construction, energy, and agriculture.
- • Own the full design lifecycle—from initial concept and prototyping to execution, QA, and post-launch iteration based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to define, validate, and prioritize core use cases and product opportunities.
- • Document and map key user journeys, workflows, and interaction patterns to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
- • Build and maintain a scalable, consistent design system that ensures cohesive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- • Articulate design vision and strategy through compelling storytelling, presentations, and stakeholder communication to drive alignment and buy-in.
- • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and conduct thorough QA of final product outputs.
- • Ship, measure, and continuously improve product experiences using data-driven insights and user feedback loops.
- • Mentor junior designers and actively contribute to shaping and elevating the company’s design culture and practices.
- • Maintain a high standard of interaction and interface design, obsessing over micro-interactions, accessibility, and usability details.
- • Navigate ambiguity and rapid change in a dynamic industry undergoing technological disruption with curiosity and adaptability.
- • Maintain a portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in product thinking, complex problem-solving, and end-to-end design execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in interaction and interface design
- • Experience leading complex web or mobile projects with cross-functional teams
- • Ability to generate detailed design concepts, documentation, and prototypes
- • A design portfolio showcasing proficient design skills, product thinking, and problem-solving
- • Experience working with or creating design systems and frameworks
- • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
