Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• • Senior Product Designer role at Triple Whale Inc., a leading intelligence platform for ecommerce brands, responsible for owning the end-to-end experience for a core product stream.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the full UX design process from research and concepts to high-fidelity UI and delivery, creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished interfaces in Figma, partnering with Product and Engineering to define requirements and ensure smooth implementation, planning and conducting user research (interviews, surveys, diary studies), running usability testing and concept validation, synthesizing findings into insights that shape product strategy, collaborating with PMs to define problem spaces and evaluate trade-offs, contributing to product direction by grounding roadmap decisions in user outcomes and data, analyzing product metrics and user feedback to identify experience gaps, contributing to and expanding the design system for scalable and consistent UI patterns, advocating for accessibility, usability, clarity, and simplicity, promoting user-centered thinking across teams, and facilitating workshops to align stakeholders around user needs.
