📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer role focused on shaping the future of AI companionship at EverAI, a top 15 fastest-growing AI company with 50 million users and a mission to reach 500M.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end design across conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, and growth features; translating complex challenges into intuitive user experiences; contributing original product ideas; collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership; and using AI tools and modern design workflows to accelerate exploration and execution.
• The team is a passionate, high-velocity group of ~75 people led by founders with proven track records in scaling web products to IPO, including experience at Mad Paws, MTK Digital, and Curatible.
• The role offers the opportunity to define next-generation consumer AI experiences, drive impact at scale, work with cutting-edge AI tools, and grow through ownership, experimentation, and collaboration in a fully remote, elite talent environment.

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
• Excellent product thinking and interaction design
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High design taste and strong visual judgment
• Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
