📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer role at Ever AI Technologies Inc., a top 15 largest and fastest-growing AI company with 50 million users, focused on building the world’s largest AI companionship platform governed by the proprietary EverGuard moderation system.
• Own end-to-end design across conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth features, and emerging product areas; translate complex challenges into intuitive user experiences; balance speed, experimentation, and craft; design for engagement, retention, and conversion at scale; create visual content (image + video) for product and marketing use.
• Collaborate with Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers to solve complex product problems, explore opportunities, and define next-generation consumer AI experiences; contribute original ideas, push concepts through experimentation, and collaborate cross-functionally with clear communication and thoughtful defense of design decisions.
• Develop strong product judgment, technical fluency with AI tools, prototyping skills, and workflow innovation; grow ownership and decision-making in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; contribute to ethical AI development through EverGuard; build portfolio-worthy work with measurable impact and real shipped outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
• Excellent product thinking and interaction design
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
• Strong prototyping skills — able to choose the right approach and fidelity based on the question being tested
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High design taste and strong visual judgment
• Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• High ownership and strong decision-making ability
