📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer role focused on shaping the future of AI companionship at Ever AI Technologies Inc., a top 15 fastest-growing AI company with 50 million users and a mission to reach 100M and beyond.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end design across product areas such as conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, and growth features; translating complex challenges into intuitive user experiences; contributing original product ideas; collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership; and using AI tools for image/video generation and prototyping.
• The team is a passionate, hardworking group of ~75 people led by founders with proven success in scaling web products to IPO, including experience at Mad Paws Holdings, MTK Digital, Zipchat, and Curatible.
• The role offers the opportunity to define next-generation consumer AI experiences, push innovation through experimentation, and make measurable impact in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment with global reach and ethical AI governance via EverGuard.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
• Excellent product thinking and interaction design
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High design taste and strong visual judgment
• Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
