📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer role focused on shaping the future of AI companionship at EverAI, a top-15 largest and fastest-growing AI company with 50 million users in two years, aiming for 100M and 500M.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end design across conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth features, and emerging product areas; translating complex challenges into intuitive user experiences; contributing original product ideas; collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership; and using AI tools for image/video generation and prototyping.
• The team consists of ~75 passionate individuals led by founders with proven track records in scaling web products to IPO, including experience at Mad Paws Holdings, MTK Digital, Zipchat, Curatible, and SotremoSA.
• The role offers opportunities to define next-generation consumer AI experiences, push creative and technical boundaries, work on ethical AI governed by EverGuard, and contribute to category-defining products with measurable impact on user engagement, retention, and monetization at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
• Excellent product thinking and interaction design
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
• Strong prototyping skills — able to choose the right approach and fidelity based on the question being tested
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High design taste and strong visual judgment
• Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• High ownership and strong decision-making ability
