📋 Description

• Senior Product Designer role focused on shaping the future of AI companionship at Ever AI Technologies Inc., a top 15 fastest-growing AI company with 50 million users and a mission to redefine human-AI relationships through ethical, innovative products.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end design across conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, and growth features; translating complex challenges into intuitive user experiences; contributing original product ideas; collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership; and using AI tools and modern design workflows to accelerate exploration and execution.
• The team is a passionate, high-velocity group of ~75 people led by founders with proven track records in scaling web products to IPO, including experience at Mad Paws Holdings, MTK Digital, Zipchat, Curatible, and SotremoSA, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and ethical innovation.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-native product design, lead innovation in consumer AI experiences, shape scalable engagement and monetization strategies, and build a portfolio of shipped, impactful work that defines new categories in AI companionship.
