- • Senior Product Designer role at Ever AI Technologies Inc., a top 15 largest and fastest-growing AI company with 50 million users, focused on building the world’s largest AI companionship platform governed by the proprietary EverGuard moderation system for safe, ethical, and human-first AI experiences.
- • Own end-to-end design across conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth features, and emerging product areas; translate complex technical challenges into intuitive user experiences; balance speed, experimentation, and craft; design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale; create and iterate on visual content (image + video) for product and marketing use.
- • Join an enthusiastic, passionate, and hardworking team of ~75 people led by founders with proven success in scaling web products from 0 to IPO, including Mad Paws Holdings, MTK Digital, Zipchat, Curatible, and SotremoSA; collaborate closely with Product Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers to solve complex problems and define next-generation consumer AI experiences.
- • Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts; identify opportunities beyond the brief; shape new features and interaction patterns; push ideas through experimentation; work confidently with modern design, prototyping, and AI tools; operate close to engineering constraints; communicate design reasoning clearly; defend ideas thoughtfully; collaborate cross-functionally to keep teams unblocked and drive impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
- • Excellent product thinking and interaction design
- • Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
- • Strong prototyping skills — able to choose the right approach and fidelity based on the question being tested
- • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- • High design taste and strong visual judgment
- • Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- • High ownership and strong decision-making ability
