- • As a Senior Product Engagement Manager for Clarity at Bloomreach Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping the early customer experience and guiding strategic product direction during trials for an emerging AI-powered personalization platform. Operating at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market, you will help define how customers adopt, evaluate, and realize value from Clarity — Bloomreach’s agentic platform for autonomous search, conversational shopping, and autonomous marketing powered by Loomi AI. Your work directly impacts how over 1,400 global brands experience and benefit from AI-driven personalization, making this role pivotal in scaling innovation and customer value.
- • Day to day, you will: help define and manage the Clarity trial program end-to-end, including POCs, pilots, onboarding, and early deployments; run experimentation programs such as A/B tests and hypothesis-driven trials to understand what drives activation and engagement; analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and performance data to identify insights and improvement opportunities; act as a product owner for trial-related workflows by translating learnings into clear requirements, recommendations, and prioritized opportunities for Product and Engineering teams; identify friction points — technical, experiential, or organizational — and coordinate cross-functional solutions; build strong relationships with stakeholders at new and existing customers across eCommerce, digital, IT, and product teams; provide Sales with early value stories, proof points, and risk indicators emerging from trials; contribute to building scalable playbooks, onboarding materials, and experimentation guidelines; and help establish trial metrics, health indicators, and early success criteria.
- • You will be based in Bloomreach’s Bratislava office or work remotely from Slovakia on a full-time basis, joining a global, virtual-first company with hubs across three continents. - • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in product-led growth, experimentation frameworks, and early-stage product adoption for AI-driven SaaS platforms. You will sharpen your ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving landscapes, influence product direction through customer insights, and build scalable processes that bridge customer experience and product innovation. Over time, you will contribute to defining the trial and experimentation motion for Clarity, positioning yourself as a key driver of product-market fit and early value realization — skills that are highly transferable to senior product, growth, or customer success roles in high-impact technology companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Management, eCommerce, Operations, Growth, or similar roles
- • Proven experience designing and running A/B tests, experimentation programs, or structured discovery initiatives
- • Background working with SaaS, eCommerce, AI, or fast-moving startup environments
- • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving product landscapes where processes and responsibilities shift
- • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer insights into clear requirements or solution proposals
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights
- • Comfortable leading customer-facing engagements across both new and existing accounts, particularly during early product adoption phases
