- • As a Senior Product Engineer (Frontend) at Sequence, you will help build the AI-powered revenue platform that processes over $1 billion in annual invoice volume, enabling modern finance teams to replace spreadsheets and legacy systems with intuitive software they love using.
- • Day to day, you will design and implement high-quality frontend features including AI-powered workflows, human-in-the-loop interfaces for approvals and exceptions, and role-based access controls, working closely with product and design to ship customer-facing functionality from concept to production.
- • You will join a lean, fast-growing engineering team of 20+ engineers based in New York and London, where you’ll have real ownership, direct customer access, and the opportunity to shape foundational architecture while contributing to a product trusted by high-growth companies like Cognition, incident.io, and MoonPay.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern frontend technologies, learn to balance speed with quality in a high-stakes revenue-critical environment, and grow as a builder who thrives on ambiguity, end-to-end ownership, and customer-centric problem solving.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building and shipping high-quality web applications in product-led businesses
- • Strong proficiency in modern frontend development, including React and TypeScript
- • Keen attention to visual detail and ability to faithfully implement UX designs
- • Comfort working with ambiguity, sharing work-in-progress, and adapting based on feedback
- • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- • Customer-focused mindset: desire to understand the 'why' behind features, not just the 'what'
