- • As the Senior Footwear Product Line Manager at Brooks Sports, Inc., you will serve as the voice of the consumer in the product creation process, ensuring that product benefit expectations are set and maintained from brief to market. Your role is critical in bringing Brooks’ complete and competitive footwear product lines to market in a timely and profitable manner while identifying future-shaping products, technologies, and experiences for running innovation.
- • Day to day, you will provide vision and thought leadership for product teams as the consumer, market, and business expert during the footwear creation process. You will manage end-to-end seasonal direction and execution of owned Brooks footwear products across portals, platforms, and pillars, leveraging deep understanding of the competitive landscape, trends, and innovation. You may manage up to one PLM, guiding them to become a global expert on runners, identify target personas, anticipate needs 1.5+ years in advance, and develop into a top-tier story crafter who weaves innovation narratives into market-ready stories.

You will sharpen your ability to translate consumer insights into product vision, lead cross-functional storytelling, and drive profitability and market relevance — positioning yourself as a leader in athletic product innovation and global footwear strategy.
