• • As a Senior Product Manager, US Market, you will be the pivotal advocate for our US user base. While your initial focus will be on critical growth areas, such as optimizing US partnerships and lead generation capabilities, your role extends far beyond these immediate objectives. You will serve as the essential link, bridging the geographical gap between our UK-based engineering and AI teams and our primary commercial market in the US.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass representing all US user segments – including attorneys, back-office staff, and client leads – ensuring their distinct needs and requirements are thoroughly integrated into product development decisions across the entire organization. You will be instrumental in driving the understanding of US legal workflows into our sophisticated Lawrence AI engine, translating complex requirements into high-fidelity products through deep product discovery rather than relying on prescriptive specifications.
• • Initially, you will focus on stabilizing and scaling our US marketplace channels, laying the groundwork for a comprehensive, long-term US product strategy. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to shape the overarching product strategy, vision, priorities, and roadmap for the entire business. This includes leading regular product cadences such as customer interviews, feedback synthesis sessions, prioritization workshops, product launch activities, and retrospectives.
• • Furthermore, you will establish and maintain robust processes for continuous customer feedback and discovery, engaging in regular conversations with users to gather insights. You will leverage data and product analytics tools to effectively communicate and inform product decisions, ensuring a data-driven approach to product development.
