- • As a Senior Product Manager at Revalize, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the strategic vision and execution for our cutting-edge lighting software products, with a primary focus on the LAI (Lighting Analysts Inc.) platform. This pivotal role demands a sophisticated fusion of deep technical understanding in lighting illumination and engineering principles, coupled with robust product management acumen. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our lighting solutions, ensuring they not only meet but exceed the evolving demands of the market and our diverse customer base.
- • Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to development, launch, and ongoing iteration. You will immerse yourself in the nuances of lighting technologies, staying abreast of the latest market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging customer needs. This proactive approach will enable you to identify untapped opportunities and translate them into compelling product roadmaps.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves close collaboration with a variety of internal teams. You will work hand-in-hand with our Engineering teams to translate product vision into actionable development plans, ensuring the technical feasibility and quality of our software. You will partner with the Services and Support teams to understand customer challenges, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless user experience post-launch. Furthermore, you will align closely with Marketing and Sales to develop effective go-to-market strategies, craft compelling product messaging, and empower our sales force with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
- • You will be the custodian of the product backlog, meticulously prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic impact, customer value, and business objectives. Your ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate the rationale behind prioritization will be crucial in ensuring timely and predictable product releases that consistently deliver value to our users.
- • Direct engagement with our customers and stakeholders is a cornerstone of this position. You will actively seek out and synthesize customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and participate in customer advisory boards. This direct line to our user base will be invaluable in validating product direction, identifying areas for improvement, and ultimately ensuring high levels of product satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the B2B software landscape, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products. Experience within the lighting industry, or a closely related technical field, is highly desirable, providing you with the foundational knowledge to quickly grasp the complexities of our domain.
- • You will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction for our lighting software products, ensuring that every development effort is aligned with overarching business goals and directly addresses critical customer needs. This includes developing comprehensive product strategies, roadmaps, and feature specifications.
- • Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis will be a key part of your role. You will continuously monitor the lighting industry landscape, identify emerging trends, analyze competitor offerings, and pinpoint unmet customer needs to inform product development and strategic planning.
- • You will lead the charge in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Services, Support, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure the successful development, delivery, and adoption of high-quality lighting software solutions.
- • Managing the product backlog effectively, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic value, customer impact, and resource availability, will be essential for ensuring timely and predictable product releases.
